How to Join House Rabbit Society
To join national HRS, or to renew your membership, you can print out a membership form (PDF Version) and mail/fax/email it in with a check or credit card number, or use this secure web-based payment system.
You may donate any amount you wish using the web-based payment system below if your browser supports JavaScript. If your browser does not support this, you can still donate one of the predefined amounts, or make a donation of another amount through Network for Good.
If you'd like to donate, but don't want to be a member, you can do that too! Use Network for Good to make a donation in honor of someone else or just a straight donation.
Both the national organization and your local chapter need your support. We encourage you to also join your local chapter. To locate and join the chapter nearest you, see our chapter listings.
NOTE TO OUR INTERNATIONAL FRIENDS:
Because of heightened security to eliminate internet fraud, we can no longer
accept international donations or memberships via our online form. If you
live outside of the US and wish to join HRS, make a donation, or renew your
membership, please print out a membership form (PDF Version) and fax or email it to us at
510-970-9820. We can then process your credit card ourselves which
eliminates fraud and keeps our system safe. We are so sorry for the
inconvenience.
- As a member of the House Rabbit Society, you will receive The House Rabbit Journal. You can expect to receive your first Journal via bulk mail within 3 months of joining.
- Our payment system is hosted by Verisign, one of the most trusted names in security on the web. When you click a membership button above, you will be taken to Verisign's secure encrypted payment website, payflowlink.signio.com. After entering your name and credit card info, you will return to rabbit.org.
Where your Money Goes
House Rabbit Society is a volunteer-based organization, with the majority of our funds going directly to our program services. To see our 990 reports to the IRS which detail our income and expenses, please go to Guidestar (free account required).
