Donna Rae Jensen, age 75, of South San Francisco, California, passed away on Saturday, December 10, 2022.
Donna Jensen tirelessly volunteered at the Peninsula Humane Society & SPCA for 16 years, winning their Volunteer of the Year award in 1995. Donna also managed the House Rabbit Society SF/Peninsula Chapter for 10 years. In the decade before her passing, Donna focused on doing what she loved doing the most—working “hands on” with special needs rabbits as well as being a foster parent through her own organization, the Burrow Inn. For over 20 years Donna ran the Burrow Inn, offering boarding and bonding for local rabbits.
