House Rabbit Society has been devoted to saving rabbits and bettering their lives for over thirty years. We’d like to invite you to join us, and thousands of members world-wide, in making the world a better place for rabbits. When you donate $20 or more to House Rabbit Society, or one of our local chapters, you not only give something to rabbits, but you also get something in return, a one year membership to House Rabbit Society.
If you are already a member of/donate at least $20 to your local chapter you qualify for a free House Rabbit Society Chapter Reciprocal Membership.

More Ways to Become Involved
If you wish to be more closely involved in our efforts, we’re always in need of volunteers. We have volunteers that help with our website. We have 27 local chapters that can train you to help with fostering or education programs. If you have some previous house rabbit experience please consider volunteering with House Rabbit Society as a licensed HRS Educator or forming your own new local chapter.
Support Your Local Chapter
We also encourage you to become a member of your local chapter of House Rabbit Society – find the closest chapter to you at rabbit.org. As a member of your local chapter, you’ll receive up-to-date news on local issues through the local newsletter, plus invitations to chapter events, and in many areas, discounts on perks like hay. You can also volunteer for local rescue and education efforts.
