Two New Emergency Rescue Grants go to Nevada and Iowa

Rabbits have been in danger in a number of places this month. Two of those locations received Emergency Rescue Grants from us, and their stories are as follows:

Some of the 500+ rabbits at Floyd Lamb Park in Las Vegas

One grant went to All Creatures Sanctuary in Las Vegas, to aid with the rescue, transport, and care of some of the 500+ rabbits living at Floyd Lamb Park in Las Vegas. To find out more, and to find out how you can help, please visit this link.

The scene that investigators from Cedar Valley Humane Society found in Vinton, IA

The second grant has gone to Cedar Valley Humane Society, which responded to a case of animal hoarding in Vinton, Iowa, which resulted in the seizure of over 1000 small animals, including birds, mice, guinea pigs, fish, and rabbits.
