Rabbit.org

Our website, rabbit.org, reaches over 200,000 unique users every month.

We're honored to be the stewards of this trusted rabbit resource. As of January 1st, 2024, we are responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining all aspects of rabbit.org. We believe we are stronger when we work together and have partnered with the authors and bunny educators you have trusted for over 30 years to create and open and collaborative community.

Adopt Don’t Shop

Rabbit.org Coalition to End Rabbit Sales

In August 2024 we gathered a group of over 100 rabbit rescues, advocates and influencers to work together to stop rabbit sales at Petco. Through our efforts and the efforts of many other groups and individuals, Petco stopped rabbit sales in September of 2024. Our coalition lives on, continuing to fight against rabbit sales.

Free Rabbit Image Library

Our free Rabbit Image Library project is dedicated to creating and sourcing free high-quality images of rabbits in humane and caring environments. This project is just in it's infancy, and we hope to rapidly expand the number of images.

Everybunny

Our initial focus with EVERYBUNNY is creating community and content for those volunteering and working on rabbit rescue. Everybunny hosts a free Slack workspace where we gather and work together to support all facets of rabbit rescue and education. We are stronger when we work together collaboratively.

Email info@everybunny.org for instructions on joining our thriving Slack community of rescuers, educators, veterinarians, and other rabbit advocates.

Free Rabbit Education Library

Our Rabbit Education Library project is dedicated to creating and sourcing free, high-quality rabbit education materials of rabbits that can be reused (and in some cases rebranded) for rabbit education. This project is in its infancy, and we are incredibly grateful to Mary Cotter for the seed of this project.

All of our projects need more volunteers.
